What customers need to know
Choose a Pixel model in Models & Prices to see customer-facing services and current credit totals. The desktop application performs the final connected-device check.
If a service is unavailable, the tool stops before paid processing begins and displays a clear customer message.

Public pages show only the two customer services: Network Unlock and IMEI Repair. Internal implementation details are not part of the public catalogue.
Why availability can change
A software update, device-state change, or service availability update can change eligibility. The desktop always confirms availability again before processing.
What each status means
Available means the service is currently published for that exact model, but the connected device must still pass the live check. Unavailable means the workflow must not be started. A missing model is not evidence that a similar model is supported.
- Match the complete model name, not only the generation

Model support is not software approval
A listed phone family can contain devices with different builds, carrier states, or management conditions. The public page helps you plan; only the signed-in desktop can evaluate the current device and server policy together.
