Built for service professionals

The desktop application is designed for repair businesses, approved resellers, and technicians working on devices they own or are authorized to service. Account, installation, device, and credit controls are enforced by the server.

GPixel is an independent service platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of Google LLC.

  • Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop workflow
  • USB device identification and live compatibility lookup
  • Server-confirmed service price before processing
  • Customer-visible operation and credit history

Compatibility before processing

A model name alone is not enough to approve a service. The desktop checks the connected device and the server confirms whether the selected customer service is currently available.

  • Unsupported models are marked unavailable
  • Available services are shown with customer-facing names
  • The final price is confirmed before work begins
  • The connected device is checked again at the start

Controlled delivery and records

Service processing is protected and limited to an authorized account, workstation, job, and connected device.

Operations keep status, progress, billing, and result records so customers and administrators can review what the server received and how credits were handled.

Start with verified information

Review the combined Supported Models and Prices catalogue before connecting a device. The desktop application then performs the final live check for the exact connected device state.
