Privacy policy
This policy describes the product data categories and purposes visible in the current GPixel platform. Contracting entity, jurisdiction, and statutory contact details must be supplied by the operator before relying on this page as jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
Data processed
- Account and profile details
- Login, security, session, IP, and installation records
- Device model, serial-linked identifiers, software, and service state
- Operation status, customer-safe milestones, protected technical logs, and results
- Credits, sales, transfers, reservations, captures, releases, and refunds
- Support messages and reseller directory information
Purposes
Data is used to authenticate accounts, enforce roles and installation limits, check compatibility, authorize and record operations, administer credits, prevent abuse, answer support requests, publish opted-in reseller details, and maintain security/audit evidence.
Visibility and sharing
Private account, device, operation, and pricing-override information is not published. A reseller directory profile is public only when its publication and account conditions permit it. Service infrastructure providers may process data as needed to host, secure, deliver, and back up the product.
Retention and requests
Financial and audit records may be retained to preserve ledger integrity, investigate disputes, and meet legal obligations. Other retention follows configured product policy and operational need. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion review; some immutable records may be restricted rather than removed.
Security
GPixel applies access control, encrypted transport, protected storage for configured secrets/artifacts, logging, and administrative review. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
