1. Prepare your account
Sign in with your own customer account, complete the required account profile on the website, and ask an administrator to resolve an installation lock if the workstation was previously bound elsewhere. Desktop API login remains available after account setup.
2. Connect one or more devices
Use reliable USB data cables and authorize USB debugging on each device. Inputs and jobs are bound to the selected physical device; verify the serial and model before starting a paid operation.
3. Choose a service and confirm the price
Use Models & Prices for planning, then let the desktop check the connected device. The server returns the final price and a clear availability result for the signed-in account.
4. Review the final result
A successful result must reach the verified completion state. If the app closes, the user stops the job, the phone reboots unexpectedly, or verification fails, the job must remain failed/cancelled and reserved credits must be released.
