Minimum preparation checklist

  • Supported 64-bit Windows 10 or Windows 11 environment.
  • Current published GPixel Pro desktop release.
  • Reliable USB data cable connected directly to the workstation.
  • Stable internet access for sign-in, compatibility, pricing, and operation status.
  • A customer account with the required profile and installation authorization.

Prepare the workstation

  1. 1

Download GPixel Pro only from the official Downloads page and verify the displayed version information.

  2. 2

Complete Windows and security updates, then restart if required.

  3. 3

Install or update the appropriate device driver when Windows does not identify the connected Pixel correctly.

  4. 4

Sign in with the customer account that will own the operation and credit history.

  5. 5

Connect one device first and confirm the displayed model and serial before processing.

USB connection quality matters

A charging-only cable, unstable hub, loose connector, or interrupted authorization can make a supported device appear unavailable. Prefer a direct motherboard USB port and a known-good data cable. Keep the workstation awake during an active operation.

Prepare the Pixel without exposing private data

Follow only the customer-facing connection instructions shown by the desktop application. Verify the selected physical device before starting. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, private service files, confidential credentials, or unrelated personal data to support.

If the Pixel is not detected

Change one variable at a time: reconnect the device, unlock the screen, confirm the USB mode and authorization prompt, try a known-good cable and direct port, then review Windows device recognition. Do not repeatedly start paid operations while the connection is unstable.
