Terms of service
These product terms describe the operating rules represented by the platform. The operator must add its verified legal name, address, governing law, effective date, and any jurisdiction-specific consumer terms before production legal approval.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate account details, credential security, permitted workstation installations, and activity performed through your account. Access may be suspended for security, abuse, unpaid obligations, or violation of these terms.
Device authorization
You may process only devices you own or are authorized to service. You are responsible for carrier, employer, school, finance, contract, and legal restrictions applying to the device and requested operation.
Compatibility and results
Public compatibility is informational. The live server decision controls availability. Device software, connection quality, hardware state, and third-party changes can affect results; back up customer data and follow the displayed workflow warnings.
Credits
Credits are an internal service unit, not a bank deposit or transferable currency. Server-confirmed prices, reservations, captures, releases, and approved refunds are recorded in the immutable ledger. Reseller purchases may also be subject to reseller terms.
Availability and changes
The platform may change supported builds, prices, security controls, and releases. Safety-critical or mandatory updates can restrict older desktop versions. Service availability is not guaranteed for every model or build.
